About Frank

Frank Orbach is an attorney who has practiced in New Jersey for more than four decades. He earned his law degree in the early 1980s and has been active in matters that reach both state and federal forums. Colleagues and clients know him as a steady presence in the courtroom and at counsel table.

Orbach’s formal legal training began after an undergraduate degree in history from Clark University in 1974. He continued his studies at Rutgers School of Law–Newark, where he received his J.D. in 1981. Those years shaped his understanding of procedure and precedent, and they set the stage for a long career in the New Jersey bar.

After completing law school, Orbach built a practice that has endured through changing legal landscapes. He has been part of the local legal community for decades and has navigated cases that require work in both state and federal settings. His longevity in practice reflects sustained engagement with litigation, filings and courtroom advocacy over time.

Orbach is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and is also admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those admissions permit him to represent clients across trial and appellate levels within the region governed by that federal court. His credentials allow for appearances in state courts as well as in federal appellate proceedings when matters take that path.

Throughout his career, Orbach has balanced the procedural demands of litigation with attention to client concerns. He has handled filings, argued motions and appeared in hearings that require an understanding of both local rules and broader federal practice. His work has required attention to deadlines, briefing and the kinds of legal research that support courtroom advocacy.

Today, Orbach continues to maintain a practice in New Jersey. He represents clients in matters that proceed in state courts and, when appropriate, in the federal courts that include the Third Circuit. He currently focuses his practice on representing clients in state and federal proceedings in New Jersey.
