About Frank

Frank Fratello earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. He completed his legal studies at a time when the local legal market was changing rapidly. That launch point shaped a practical approach to law that he has carried into his professional life.

He moved into practice after earning his degree and has now spent nearly two decades working on behalf of clients. His work has taken him through client counseling, negotiation and courtroom appearances. Over the years he has handled a range of matters for individuals and businesses, balancing transactional work with disputes where they arise.

Fratello maintains current membership in professional legal associations. He has used those memberships as a resource for continuing education and for keeping up with changes in statutes and court rules. Colleagues describe him as straightforward in his dealings and attentive to case details; clients have valued clear explanations of options and likely outcomes.

His style is pragmatic. He lays out choices in plain language and tries to set realistic expectations about timing and cost. He prepares cases carefully, but he also looks for resolutions outside the courtroom when those make sense for a client’s goals. That combination of careful preparation and practical problem-solving has informed how he approaches both litigation and negotiated settlements.

Fratello’s career path includes work in private practice and representation of both individual and business clients. He has developed a routine of early case assessment, using that evaluation to shape a strategy tailored to each client’s needs. He also places emphasis on communication, keeping clients informed as matters move forward and explaining the implications of key decisions.

Outside of immediate casework, he stays involved with peers through professional networks and continuing legal education. That ongoing engagement helps him monitor shifts in the law and in practice management, and it informs how he advises clients.

He currently concentrates his practice on client representation and advisory work in civil matters.
