Frances Stella has over 25 years of experience in federal and kingdom environmental litigation, website remediation and environmental regulatory compliance and permitting, counseling in actual estate redevelopment and transactions. Her environmental practice consists of handling CERCLA, RCRA, CWA and related country laws and policies, inclusive of New Jersey Spill Act and ISRA claims and compliance troubles, NYSDEC and NYSDOH site remediation and compliance problems, herbal aid damage claims, cost recuperation/contribution litigation and mediation, environmental coverage insurance litigation, environmental enforcement protection, protection of poisonous torts, asbestos and vapor intrusion claims, and government compliance environmental investigations and audits.
