Forrest E. Guedry earned a B.A. from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012 and completed his J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans in 2015. He entered law school after four years of undergraduate study and left Loyola with classroom work and extracurricular ties that continued into his early career.
His first legal reads came in a federal chambers. In 2015 he served as a law clerk for a federal magistrate at Percy, Lanoux, & Mumphrey. That year also marked his transition into private practice, when he joined Allen & Gooch, A Law Corporation. Those early roles gave him exposure to courtroom procedure and the mechanics of litigation at both the trial and federal levels.
In 2018 he became an associate at Kean Miller LLP. In that position he worked on matters requiring litigation work in state and federal forums. His time at Kean Miller has involved drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing motions for hearings in district courts.
