About Flint
Flint Schneider built his early legal training around criminal law. He enrolled at Texas A&M University School of Law in 2009 and earned his J.D. in 2012. The program emphasized trial skills and criminal practice, and those elements show up repeatedly in his career choices.
He began his professional life in public service. In 2013 he worked as a trial prosecutor at the Nueces County District Lawyer’s Office. That role put him behind the lectern and into jury trials. He handled the day-to-day responsibilities of a county prosecutor, gaining courtroom time and exposure to case development, witness preparation and the practical demands of trial work.
By 2015 he had shifted to private practice and opened The Law Office of Flint Schneider as principal lawyer. That move followed a couple of years in the courthouse and marked a turn toward representing individuals accused of crimes. Schneider has been active in local professional circles. Since 2015 he has held memberships in the Denton County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. His practice reflects the path of his training and early work. Drawing on trial experience, he handles criminal matters in state courts.
