About Flint

Flint Schneider built his early legal training around criminal law. He enrolled at Texas A&M University School of Law in 2009 and earned his J.D. in 2012. The program emphasized trial skills and criminal practice, and those elements show up repeatedly in his career choices.

He began his professional life in public service. In 2013 he worked as a trial prosecutor at the Nueces County District Lawyer’s Office. That role put him behind the lectern and into jury trials. He handled the day-to-day responsibilities of a county prosecutor, gaining courtroom time and exposure to case development, witness preparation and the practical demands of trial work.

By 2015 he had shifted to private practice and opened The Law Office of Flint Schneider as principal lawyer. That move followed a couple of years in the courthouse and marked a turn toward representing individuals accused of crimes. The transition from prosecutor to defense lawyer gave him a dual perspective on litigation strategy and the mechanics of criminal cases.

Schneider has been active in local professional circles. Since 2015 he has held memberships in the Denton County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Those affiliations have kept him connected to developments in trial advocacy and local court practices across parts of Texas.

His practice reflects the path of his training and early work. Drawing on trial experience, he handles criminal matters in state courts. He represents clients through pretrial stages, plea negotiations and, when necessary, jury trials. His background as a former prosecutor informs how he evaluates government cases and prepares defensive strategies.

He has maintained an office presence under his own firm names since leaving the county office. Records list Schneider Legal PLLC among his current offices. He continues to practice in Texas, focusing on criminal defense work and courtroom litigation.

Flint Schneider currently practices at Schneider Legal PLLC and concentrates on criminal defense matters in Texas state courts.
