About Fadi B.

Fadi B. Rustom built his legal foundation in Illinois classrooms and courtrooms. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bradley University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2005. Those years set the stage for a career anchored in state practice.

After law school, Rustom moved into active practice in Illinois. He is admitted to the Illinois bar and has practiced within the state court system since completing his degree. Over time he has dealt with the practical pressures that come from case work, client demands and court calendars. He approaches each matter on its own terms.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and results-oriented. He prepares for hearings and negotiations the way many lawyers do: by doing the work that the file demands. He writes briefs, appears in court when necessary and manages client expectations through direct communication. Those routines have defined the shape of his day-to-day practice.

Rustom’s academic background in political science informs his legal reasoning. He often frames disputes in terms of policy as well as law, which helps in litigation and in advising clients on strategy. His training at Southern Illinois University Carbondale exposed him to trial advocacy and legal research; those skills remain central to his practice.

His office is located in the Maxam Building. From there he schedules hearings, meets with clients and prepares filings for state courts across Illinois. The physical base serves as a practical hub for managing files and coordinating outside counsel when cases require multiple participants.

Outside the office he follows developments in Illinois case law and statutory changes. He has shown an interest in how legislative updates affect ongoing litigation and client counseling. That awareness helps him adjust approaches when courts change course or when new statutes alter the legal landscape.

Rustom’s career narrative is straightforward: formal legal education followed by steady practice in Illinois courts. He continues to work from the Maxam Building and practices law across Illinois state courts.
