About Eyad

Eyad Tabahi earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2013 after completing undergraduate studies in political science at Northwestern University in 2009. He attended law school during a period of intense debate over immigration policy and graduated into a profession facing shifting federal priorities. Those formative years shaped the practical work he would pursue.

He is licensed to practice in Illinois and has maintained active memberships in several professional organizations since 2013. He belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. These memberships reflect steady engagement with peers and continuing legal education rather than ceremonial affiliation.

Tabahi’s practice has centered on immigration matters. His professional activities have involved the kinds of casework and advocacy that commonly arise for immigrants, including administrative filings and representation before government agencies. He has built a practice that addresses the legal needs of clients navigating complex statutory and regulatory systems.

His current office is Tabahi Law LLC. There he represents individuals and families on immigration-related issues. The firm-level listing shows a private practice setting rather than a government or large-firm platform. That context shapes how he allocates time between client work, paperwork, and hearings.

Colleagues and clients who engage him encounter a lawyer who moves between detail-oriented preparation and courtroom or administrative appearances. He draws on classroom training from Chicago-Kent and the broader liberal arts education at Northwestern. Those academic foundations inform how he frames legal arguments and structures case files.

Outside of client representation, Tabahi’s ongoing membership in national and local bar groups keeps him connected to developments in federal policy and case law. Membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association in particular places him within a professional network focused on immigration practice and policy.

He has practiced in Illinois since completing law school and remains based at Tabahi Law LLC. He currently practices immigration law at Tabahi Law LLC.
