Evelyne M. Hart is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Hart is the founder and managing attorney of Hart Immigration, A Professional Law Corporation, a boutique law firm specializing in immigration and nationality law. Ms. Hart has been practicing law for over 28 years, serving clients throughout Southern California, particularly in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
Ms. Hart earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from Oakland University in Michigan, graduating summa cum laude. She then attended Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, where she graduated cum laude in 1997. During her time at Western State, she was a member of the Law Review and received four American Jurisprudence Awards for Contracts, Remedies, and for the publication of her law review article. Her academic achievements reflect a strong foundation in legal studies and a commitment to excellence.
Ms. Hart concentrates her practice in the areas of immigration and nationality law. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving visas, deportation defense, appeals, naturalization, citizenship, and employment-based immigration. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. She is authorized to represent clients in all USCIS district offices and immigration courts, as well as before the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Throughout her career, Ms. Hart has handled a diverse range of cases, including employment-based green card petitions, family-based immigration matters, and complex deportation defense cases.
