About Evan

Evan Dyer built his legal foundation in two very different classrooms. He earned a B.S. from Drexel University in 2009 and completed his J.D. at Washington & Lee University in 2013. Those years provided the technical training and doctrinal grounding that he would rely on in court and at the negotiating table.

After law school, Dyer moved into practice in Pennsylvania. He spent his early years learning litigation routines and courtroom procedure. He has experience preparing pleadings, taking depositions and arguing motions. Those tasks shaped his approach: methodical preparation and an emphasis on clear presentation.

Dyer is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters at both the trial and appellate levels. In appellate work he pays particular attention to the written record and to the standard of review, and in trial work he focuses on organizing facts so they are easy to understand for judges and jurors.

He joined Rosen Justice Injury Lawyers and now practices at that firm’s Pennsylvania office. At Rosen he works alongside other attorneys on cases that proceed through state courts and, when necessary, federal appellate channels. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and attentive with clients. He prepares witnesses, negotiates evidence questions and helps shape litigation strategy.

Outside of direct case work he maintains professional memberships and participates in continuing legal education to keep current on procedural changes and recent decisions. He also spends time mentoring newer lawyers at the firm, passing on practical lessons about case management and courtroom pacing. His background — a technical undergraduate degree followed by a traditional law school education — informs how he breaks down complex information for juries and opposing counsel.

Over the years Dyer has handled a range of civil matters in Pennsylvania courts and has taken appeals to the Third Circuit when cases required review. He combines courtroom work with research and briefing responsibilities for appeals. He currently focuses his practice on representing clients in injury and civil litigation matters at Rosen Justice Injury Lawyers.
