About Eskinder

Eskinder Kebret built a path that moves between circuits and courtrooms. He began at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2001. He returned to UCLA for graduate study and completed both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration in 2007.

That combination of technical and business training shaped how he approaches legal problems. Early in his career he applied that background to practice. Records note his association starting in 2008 and continuing to the present, and he has spent the past years establishing his practice and profile in the legal community.

In 2019 Kebret took on the role of managing lawyer at Kebr.et Firm. The title reflects a shift from individual practitioner to practice leader. As managing lawyer he oversees daily operations and contributes to case planning. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing matters and clear in explaining complex technical issues to clients and opposing counsel.

His technical roots show up in the kinds of questions he brings to a case. With a degree in electrical engineering and computer science, he is comfortable parsing technical records and examining expert reports. The MBA adds a business lens. He often frames disputes in practical, outcome-oriented terms. He asks how a resolution will affect the client’s operations, budgets, and future strategy.

Kebret’s career has balanced courtroom work and behind-the-scenes dispute preparation. He handles discovery, motions, and negotiations while supervising case teams. He is involved in staffing decisions and client intake at the firm. Observers say he emphasizes organization and clear lines of responsibility within a practice.

Outside of daily practice, Kebret has maintained steady professional involvement since 2008. He participates in professional circles and keeps current on developments at the intersection of law, business, and technology. That ongoing engagement helps him translate evolving technical trends into legal strategy.

He is based at Kebr.et Firm, where he continues to manage a range of matters that draw on his engineering and business education. He currently concentrates on legal work that involves technical issues and business considerations.
