About Erin
Erin McCrillis earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Saint Martin’s University in 2015. She continued her legal education at the University of Idaho College of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2018. Those years combined business training and legal study, giving her a foundation in both practical commerce and the mechanics of law.
She began practicing law soon after law school. In 2018 she joined Tiller Law Office as an associate lawyer. The following year she moved to Pitman Huff Raedel Magaro Lifetime Legal, PLLC, where she worked as an associate beginning in 2019. Those early years in private practice gave her hands-on experience in client counseling, case preparation, and courtroom procedure.
In 2023 McCrillis founded the Law Office of Erin R. McCrillis. The move into solo practice marked a shift in how she manages client matters. As the principal of her own firm she handles intake, case strategy, and day-to-day operations. She has built the practice around offering direct access to clients and managing cases from start to resolution.
McCrillis is a member of the Thurston County Bar Association and has maintained that membership since 2018. She participates in local professional activities and stays engaged with the legal community in Thurston County. That involvement helps her keep up with local rules and developments that affect people and businesses in the area.
Her background blends business and law. That combination informs how she approaches client issues. She emphasizes practical solutions and clear communication. In the office she balances research and courtroom work with the administrative demands of running a small firm.
Colleagues and clients can expect a straightforward approach to legal problems. She aims to explain options plainly and to set realistic expectations about timing and outcomes. She handles matters that arise under Washington law and works directly with clients to navigate procedural and substantive issues.
McCrillis practices in Washington and concentrates her practice on matters arising under Washington law.
