Erin Duncan earned her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2005 after completing undergraduate studies in legal studies at the University of Central Florida in 2004. She left law school prepared for practice and returned to the state where she had studied.

After completing her J.D., Duncan entered the Florida legal community. She is authorized to practice in Florida and has built a career working within the state’s courts and regulatory framework.
