About Eric
Eric Trajtenberg earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006. He completed his legal training at a time when family law issues were drawing increasing public attention. That early context helped shape the practical work he pursued after law school.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Soon after graduation he became active in local and state bar groups. His membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar dates back to 2007. A year later he joined the Doris Jonas Freed Matrimonial Inn of Court as an advisor and member of its executive board, a role he continues to hold.
Trajtenberg took on leadership duties in Chester County’s legal community early in his career. Since 2007 he has chaired the Family Law Section of the Chester County Bar Association. In that capacity he has organized programs, mentored younger lawyers and helped steer section priorities. The combination of bar work and Inn of Court involvement positions him as a familiar figure in regional family law circles.
His practice centers on family law. He handles divorce, child custody and child support matters, and works on related financial and post-judgment issues. His courtroom and negotiation work reflects years of handling the practical details those cases require. Colleagues note that he balances litigation with efforts to resolve disputes through negotiations when it serves his clients’ interests.
Trajtenberg maintains a main office and additional offices in Montgomery County and Delaware County. He remains involved in bar activities while managing a busy caseload. He continues to serve on the executive board of the Doris Jonas Freed Matrimonial Inn of Court and to lead the Family Law Section in Chester County. He currently concentrates his practice on family law matters served from his main office and county offices.
