About Eric

Eric Martinelli built his academic foundation at California State University, Northridge, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1999. A decade later he completed his legal training at Southwestern Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2009. Those two degrees bracket a period of development that led him into private practice in California.

He moved from classroom to courthouse and office. After law school he began practicing in the state where he was educated. Over the years he has worked with clients on matters that arise under California law, developing practical familiarity with local rules and procedures.

Martinelli is a current member of the California State Bar Association. That membership reflects his standing in the state legal community and his ongoing participation in professional circles. He has remained engaged with the bar while maintaining a practice that responds to client needs rather than public visibility or accolades.

He founded and leads Martinelli Law Group, where he manages client matters and firm operations. The firm serves individuals and businesses, counseling them through disputes, transactions, and everyday legal questions. Martinelli oversees case strategy, client communication and the logistical work that keeps a small firm functioning.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in litigation and pragmatic in negotiation. He prefers clear options over uncertain promises. That approach shapes how the firm presents cases, whether in settlement talks or courtroom filings. He writes and reviews pleadings, prepares for hearings and coordinates with experts when a matter calls for specialized input.

Outside casework, Martinelli has maintained ties to the legal education world by returning periodically to forums and local events where lawyers and law students meet. He tends to keep a low public profile and focuses on practical results for clients.

Today he continues to practice through Martinelli Law Group. His practice covers a range of legal matters for individuals and businesses in California.
