About Eric
Eric Cuellar earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2011. He finished his legal education at a time when the profession was adapting to new economic and regulatory pressures. Berkeley Law's curriculum and clinics exposed him to classroom doctrine and real client work, and those experiences informed the early shape of his practice.
He entered the legal profession after graduation and built practical experience in a variety of settings. Over the years he has worked on matters that required careful legal research, clear written advocacy and steady client communication. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to case preparation and thoughtful when explaining options to clients.
Cuellar's work has involved managing cases from intake through resolution. That has meant drafting pleadings, engaging in discovery, and addressing procedural issues as they arise. His training at Berkeley Law, combined with hands-on practice, shaped a practical approach to problem solving.
