About Emmanuel Sam
Emmanuel Sam Anthou built his legal foundation through formal study and early practical training. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 1985. He then studied law at Duquesne University School of Law, completing his J.D. in 1990 and concentrating on real property and taxation. After law school Anthou moved into public service. In 1990 he served as an Assistant District Lawyer in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
