She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving consumer fraud, bank fraud, labor and employment issues, including sexual harassment and wrongful termination, as well as family and medical leave disputes. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Turnage has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining McCoy, Turnage & Robertson, LLP, she worked as an associate at Kazerouni Law Group, APC, where she represented clients in class action lawsuits and complex litigation matters.

Ms. Turnage is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. She is also a certified mediator through the San Diego Superior Court mediation program. Ms. Turnage is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of San Diego County effectively.
