About Elizabeth Uliano
Elizabeth Uliano Giblin built a legal foundation at Muhlenberg College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2010. She followed that with a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. Those years shaped her approach to law: methodical, fact-driven and attentive to procedure.
Early in her career she served as a judicial law clerk in 2015 to Hon. Dennis R. OBrien, J.S.C., in Monmouth, New Jersey. The clerkship gave her daily exposure to courtroom practice, opinion writing and case management. It also offered a close look at how judges weigh evidence and apply rules of civil procedure.
She is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. After her clerkship she moved into private practice and became part of Chamlin, Uliano, and Walsh. Her name appearing in the firm title reflects a sustained affiliation with the office, where she has continued to handle matters that arise in state courts in the region.
Her professional associations date to 2015. She holds memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth Bar Association, and the Haydn Proctor Inns of Court. Those organizations have been part of her professional network and ongoing education since the mid-2010s.
Colleagues describe her work as thorough and focused on clear legal analysis. She spends significant time on legal research and drafting, and on preparing written submissions for judges and opposing counsel. Clients and other lawyers have relied on her capacity to break complex records into organized arguments and to present them in a straightforward way.
Her legal path has included courtroom exposure, time behind the bench as a clerk, and years in firm practice. That combination informs how she approaches new matters. She balances careful preparation with attention to procedural detail in the courts where she practices.
As of 2026 she continues practicing at Chamlin, Uliano, and Walsh. Her current practice concentrates on matters arising in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, where she handles litigation and court filings for clients across the region.
