About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Dalton began her legal path at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2007. That early training set the stage for a steady career in practice and later encouraged further study. In 2014 she completed an LL.M. at Temple University, returning to the classroom to deepen her legal understanding and broaden the tools she could bring to client matters.
After law school, Dalton moved into practice and built experience in day-to-day representation and case management. Her early years in the field were marked by routine courtroom work, client counseling and drafting transactional documents. The decision to pursue an LL.M. reflected a desire to examine specific legal issues in greater detail and to add an academic perspective to practical experience.
Dalton’s career has balanced litigation and advisory work. She has handled client intake, negotiated settlements and prepared pleadings. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she tends to approach problems by breaking them into discrete steps. That approach has informed how she manages files and communicates with clients. She has also spent time refining research and writing skills during and after her graduate studies.
Her move to Dalton Law represents the current chapter of her practice. At that firm she continues to represent individuals and organizations in matters that require careful legal analysis. She brings both trial experience and graduate-level study to bear when assessing case strategy and when explaining options to clients. Her background allows her to move between courtroom procedures and transactional detail without losing sight of the client’s goals.
Outside the office, Dalton has stayed connected to developments in the law. The LL.M. program at Temple exposed her to advanced coursework and classroom debate that she has carried into continuing legal education and practice. Those experiences have shaped how she reviews new legal developments and integrates them into client advice.
She currently practices at Dalton Law, where her work draws on both her J.D. training and her LL.M. studies to address client needs and legal questions in her day-to-day practice.
