About Elizabeth Crommelin
Elizabeth Crommelin Humm began her academic journey at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Her undergraduate studies provided a technical and analytical foundation that she carried into a legal career. She has drawn on that background when approaching complex legal questions and detailed case preparation.
Humm is admitted to practice in Florida and Nevada, and she is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Those admissions allow her to represent clients in state matters in two jurisdictions and to appear in federal proceedings in Nevada. Her membership in these bars situates her to handle cross-jurisdictional issues when they arise.
She serves as an associate at Parker | Scheer LLP. In that role she works on litigation matters handled by the firm, contributing to case strategy, drafting filings, conducting legal research, and preparing for hearings. Colleagues describe her as methodical in developing factual records and careful in her written work. Her tasks at the firm span pretrial motion practice and trial preparation where she assists senior attorneys and engages directly with clients when appropriate.
Humm's practice brings together courtroom practice and office-based preparation. She has experience preparing briefs for state and federal proceedings and assisting in case management for matters that proceed toward trial. In day-to-day work she balances document review, legal writing, and client communication. The combination of technical undergraduate training and on-the-job legal experience informs how she analyzes evidence and structures arguments.
Outside the immediate case work, Humm participates in the internal processes that support litigation teams: coordinating discovery responses, organizing exhibits, and helping develop deposition strategy. These responsibilities reflect the collaborative environment at her firm and the multi-step nature of civil litigation. Her colleagues rely on that support as cases move through complex procedural timelines.
Her current practice covers matters in Nevada and Florida, including appearances in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
