About Elizabeth Alma
Elizabeth Alma Raba is an attorney based in Longmont, Colorado, specializing in personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, and insurance law. In 1995, Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School. Additionally, she was a semi-finalist in the prestigious Rothgerber Moot Court competition, showcasing her advocacy skills. Graduating with honors, Elizabeth was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a recognition reserved for the top graduates of her class.
Following her graduation, Elizabeth began her legal career by clerking for the Honorable Morris W. Sandstead, Jr. at the Boulder District Court. In this role, she researched and drafted court opinions, gaining valuable insights into the judicial process while also serving as a bailiff during court proceedings. This experience laid a solid foundation for her subsequent career, where she built a thriving family law practice.
As a partner in a firm with offices in Longmont and Greeley, she served clients across a four-county area, establishing a reputation for her dedication and legal acumen. In 2008, Elizabeth made the decision to take time off from her legal practice to focus on her young children. This break allowed her to balance her family life while remaining connected to the legal field. Upon her return to part-time practice, she shifted her focus to research and writing, collaborating with the attorneys at Flanders, Elsberg, Herber & Dunn, LLC. As a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Elizabeth has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 1995, contributing her expertise to various legal matters while continuing to advocate for her clients.
