About Eliu
Eliu Mendez set out for law after completing a J.D. at Campbell Law School in 2014. He joined a professional community shaped by North Carolina practice and began building courtroom and claims experience soon after graduating. The early years of his career trace back to the state where he trained and first worked.
In 2015 Mendez took a position as an associate handling workers' compensation matters at A.G. Linett & Associates, PA. That role placed him in a busy practice area that requires attention to deadlines, medical records and administrative hearings. He spent those years learning the mechanics of claims processing, interacting with medical providers and employers, and appearing in proceedings that are unique to the state's workers' compensation system.
Mendez maintains active ties to the legal profession through membership in several bar organizations. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Greensboro Bar Association. Those memberships connect him to continuing legal education, local court practices and peer networks in the region where he has practiced.
His work centers on workers' compensation law. Over time he has handled matters that involve claim filings, benefit determinations and the resolution of disputed cases. He brings practical courtroom experience and day-to-day case management to clients who require representation in a system governed by statutory deadlines and procedural rules.
Colleagues describe him as attentive to the details that matter in injury and compensation files. He approaches each case by assembling the necessary medical documentation and by preparing for hearings and negotiations. His experience at a firm focused on workers' compensation offered a steady exposure to the administrative processes that shape outcomes in these cases.
Mendez continues to practice in North Carolina and remains engaged with the Greensboro legal community through the local bar association. He handles workers' compensation matters and provides representation for clients navigating the state's administrative and legal procedures in that area of law.
