About Elio Palacios
Elio Palacios Jr. trained in California. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis after completing a B.S. at Loma Linda University. Those years of study established the legal and analytical foundations he would use in practice.
Early in his career he joined Best Best & Krieger LLP as a senior associate in the Business Planning and Transactions Group in 2001. In that role he worked on transactional and planning matters for business clients. The position exposed him to corporate work and the practical demands of advising organizations on commercial arrangements and governance.
He later moved into private practice and now practices under the name Palacios Law Office. He is admitted to practice in California and to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in state courts and in the federal court that covers a substantial portion of Southern California.
Outside the office he has kept ties to the community. Since 2010 he has served on the board of the Riverside Metropolitan Museum. That involvement has kept him connected to civic projects and local cultural institutions while maintaining his legal practice.
Palacios’s career combines years inside a national firm’s business-planning group and work at his own office. He handles matters that require representation in California state courts and in the Central District of California federal court.
