Eliel Chemerinski is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989 and holds bar number 143740. He has been practicing law for over thirty-five years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Chemerinski earned his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 1988. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics, and Latin American Studies in 1985. During his time at Tulane, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles that have guided his extensive legal career.
Mr. Chemerinski concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, business litigation, personal injury, products liability, construction defect litigation, mortgage and lending litigation, and employment litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and premises liability claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Chemerinski has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Chemerinski is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Chemerinski is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
