Elaine Ryzak Fraser is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Fraser earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1984. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1974. During her time at the University of San Francisco School of Law, she developed a strong foundation in legal principles that have guided her extensive career.
Ms. Fraser concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, personal injury law, and civil litigation.
