Elaine Ryzak Fraser is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984. Her license is currently in active status. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Mateo for several years. Ms. Fraser is an active member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. She holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation.
