About Eileen Reynolds
Eileen Reynolds Becker began her legal journey in the classroom. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Syracuse University in 1985 and followed that with a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 1989. Those formative years shaped the practical approach she brings to the law: careful, methodical, and grounded in precedent.
She entered practice soon after graduation and spent years gaining courtroom and counsel experience. In 2004 she joined Loughlin FitzGerald, P.C. as a partner. That period marked a shift toward leadership roles. She worked on matters that required coordination across attorneys and clients, and she handled both trial and appellate work in state and federal settings.
In 2018 Becker opened her own firm, the Law Office of Eileen R. Becker. Moving into solo practice allowed her to direct case strategy and client communications personally. It also meant managing the business side of a practice: staffing, client intake, and the logistics of litigation. She has balanced those responsibilities while appearing in courts across multiple jurisdictions.
Her admissions include the state bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut, and she is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. Those credentials reflect a career that has extended beyond a single court or venue. She has handled filings and oral arguments at the trial and appellate levels and advised clients on procedural and substantive issues that cross state lines.
Colleagues describe Becker as pragmatic in court and direct in written work. She tends to favor clear legal reasoning over rhetorical flourish. That style is practical for the kinds of disputes and appeals she takes on, and it has informed how she prepares witnesses and drafts briefs.
Outside the courtroom she has overseen case development and file management in her practice. She keeps up with changes in appellate procedure and state rules that affect litigation timelines and client strategy.
Becker continues to maintain her solo practice in the Law Office of Eileen R. Becker, handling litigation and appellate matters across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut, and in the Second and Third U.S. Circuits.
