About Edwin

Edwin Aiwazian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Aiwazian is the managing member and shareholder of Lawyers for Justice, PC, a law firm located at 450 N Brand Blvd, Suite 900, Glendale, CA 91203-2397. He has been practicing law for over 15 years, serving clients throughout California.

Mr. Aiwazian earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Pepperdine University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 1999. During his time at Pepperdine Law, he participated in the Law Review and completed externships with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal for the Second Appellate District.

Mr. Aiwazian concentrates his practice in the areas of class action and mass tort litigation, as well as employment law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Aiwazian has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.

Mr. Aiwazian is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Aiwazian is fluent in English and Armenian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
