In 2023, Mr. Aucoin was selected as one of the "Top 100 - Civil Plaintiff" by the National Trial Lawyers for the second consecutive year. He has served as co-chair of the American Association for Justice Medical Negligence Information Exchange Group and co-editor of the Journal for the American Association for Justice Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He authored an article titled "Helping to Improve Your Client’s Life Outside the Courtroom," focusing on programs available to individuals with disabilities. Currently, he co-chairs the American Association for Justice Birth Trauma Litigation Group, the largest group of attorneys representing children injured during birth in the United States.
