About Edward

Edward Guldi is an attorney whose legal training began at St. John’s University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2009. He completed law school at a time when the legal market was shifting, and he went on to build a practice rooted in New York state. He maintains active membership in the New York State Bar and has continued his work in that jurisdiction since graduation.

After earning his J.D., he entered practice in New York. His early years in the field were spent developing litigation skills and handling day-to-day case work. Those formative experiences shaped a practical approach to client representation. He learned to prioritize clear communication, careful case preparation and steady courtroom presence.

Guldi’s work has involved a broad mix of tasks that attorneys commonly perform: drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements and representing clients at hearings. He has handled matters that require both written advocacy and oral argument. Colleagues describe his style as straightforward and practical. He favors methods that move cases forward rather than getting bogged down in procedural detail.

He keeps an active role in the legal community through membership in the New York State Bar. That affiliation places him among peers who practice across a range of subjects in the state. Membership also provides access to continuing education and professional resources that inform his day-to-day work.

Today he is part of The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C. There he continues to represent clients in New York and to handle cases that require litigation experience and courtroom readiness. His current practice focuses on client representation at The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C.
