About Edgar
Edgar Petti studied liberal arts at Lake Forest College before heading to The University of Chicago Law School for his J.D. He left Chicago with a law degree and the training that comes from one of the country’s more rigorous programs. That path prepared him for practice in Illinois.
After law school he entered the Illinois bar and began practicing law in the state. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association, organizations he has used to stay current on local rules and court developments. He appears at meetings and continuing legal education events and remains engaged with colleagues across the region.
Petti's work is grounded in day-to-day legal practice. He represents clients in matters that arise under Illinois law and works through procedural and substantive issues that affect individuals and businesses.
