About Earl Patrick
Earl Patrick White built a path from liberal arts into the details of property law. He began his academic journey at Rutgers University–New Brunswick/Piscataway, where he studied philosophy, economics and psychology and earned a B.A. He went on to the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received his J.D. in 2008, concentrating on real property, litigation and oral advocacy.
His early legal training came at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he joined as an associate after law school. The position exposed him to large-firm practice and the procedural demands of complex matters. In 2014 he moved into public service as a deputy in the Office of the New Jersey Lawyer General. That role added regulatory and enforcement perspectives to his skill set and provided day-to-day experience in government legal work.
By 2017 White shifted toward private-sector real estate practice when he took a role at MW Real Estate Group. There he handled transactional matters and deal work tied to property. In 2020 he opened his own practice, the Law Office of Earl P. White, where he continued to concentrate on real estate matters and closings.
He holds certification as a Certified Closing Professional through My Professional Education. That credential aligns with the practical aspects of his work: title matters, closings and transactional paperwork. He is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York, and he maintains memberships in a range of professional organizations. They include the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as affiliate relationships with the American Land and Title Association and regional realtor associations such as the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors.
Colleagues describe White as deliberate and exacting in his approach to documents and deadlines. He favors direct, plainspoken legal writing and aims to keep clients informed about timing and requirements. His background spans government, large-firm practice and in-house real estate work. That variety informs how he approaches disputes, title issues and the pace of transactions.
He runs a small practice from the Law Office of Earl P. White. Clients who come to him typically seek help on residential and commercial property matters and on the mechanics of closing a transaction. He continues to practice real estate law and related transactional services at his office.
