About Dustin

Dustin Bradley earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2008. His time in law school coincided with changes in the legal market and a heavier emphasis on practical skills. He graduated prepared to step into courtroom and counseling work.

He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Oklahoma, and he holds admission to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. That combination allows him to handle matters at both the state and federal levels. His admissions reflect a practice that crosses state lines and occasionally reaches federal appellate review.

Bradley is the lawyer-owner of Bradley Law Office, PLLC. In that role he manages the business side of the firm and continues to handle client matters directly. He has structured the office to serve individuals and businesses that need an attorney to guide them through litigation or transactional issues. The firm’s small size means he remains personally involved in casework from intake to resolution.

Colleagues and clients describe his work style as direct and practical. He tends to break complex legal questions into clear choices, so nonlawyers can weigh options without jargon. He prepares filings and arguments with an eye toward what a judge or opposing counsel will actually need to see. That pragmatic approach shapes how he prepares for hearings and how he communicates developments to clients.

Running a firm involves more than courtroom work. Bradley spends time on case strategy, client counseling and the administrative tasks that keep a practice running. He assigns priorities based on deadlines and potential impact. That keeps work moving and clients informed.

Outside of daily office duties, he maintains the professional responsibilities that come with multi-jurisdictional practice. He monitors procedural rules and appellate procedures in the jurisdictions where he is admitted. That attention to procedural detail supports his filings at the trial and appellate levels.

He continues to operate Bradley Law Office, PLLC, representing clients in matters before Kansas and Oklahoma courts and in the Tenth Circuit. He currently concentrates his practice through that office, providing representation in state and federal matters as they arise.
