About Dustin A.
Dustin A. Hite earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2015 after beginning law school in 2012. He completed the law program as the legal landscape in Florida was shifting, and entered the profession at a time when litigation strategies and recovery practices were adapting to new economic realities. His academic record placed him among a cohort of practitioners who moved quickly into courtroom and collection work.
After law school, Hite became licensed to practice in Florida. He joined Litigation & Recovery Law Center, P.L. in 2016. That move put him at a small firm that concentrates on contested matters and efforts to secure judgments and recover assets. He has remained with the firm since then, building day-to-day experience in contested litigation and post-judgment procedures.
Colleagues describe Hite as an attorney who prefers clear, methodical preparation. He approaches cases by breaking them into manageable pieces and preparing each step carefully. That style shows in pleadings and hearings where attention to procedural detail matters. He has handled motions, discovery disputes, and courtroom appearances in state-level proceedings.
Hite’s practice is shaped by the dual demands of litigation and recovery work. Litigation requires readiness to argue novel issues and to test legal theories at trial. Recovery work often turns on practical steps taken after a judgment is obtained — locating assets, arranging for garnishments, and coordinating with other professionals to enforce rights. Hite’s day-to-day practice reflects both strands. He moves between drafting contested pleadings and the follow-through that enforcement often requires.
Outside the immediate casework, Hite keeps up with developments in Florida civil procedure and enforcement law. He reads appellate decisions and state rule changes to ensure filings and enforcement actions align with current requirements. That attention to evolving rules helps him spot potential traps early and avoid unnecessary delays for clients and courts.
Today Hite continues to practice at Litigation & Recovery Law Center, P.L. in Florida. He handles contested litigation and the post-judgment measures that follow, concentrating his work on litigation and recovery matters.
