About Ducchi T.
Ducchi T. Quan studied human behavior before he studied law. He earned a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York in 1994. Five years later he received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where he served on the law review.
After law school Quan established a practice that spans the Mid-Atlantic. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Those admissions shape how he handles cases and how he advises clients across state lines.
