About Drew
Drew Hendricks built a varied academic foundation before entering the law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Queens University of Charlotte in 2007. He then completed a Master of Arts in social work and public administration at West Virginia University in 2011. Hendricks returned to school for a Juris Doctor, graduating from California Western School of Law in 2016.
After finishing law school, Hendricks began practicing in California. He is licensed to practice in that state and joined Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP, where he has worked across the firm’s offices. His career path reflects a move from social services and public administration into legal practice, giving him a broader perspective on client problems and institutional systems.
Hendricks’s earlier training in social work and public administration informs how he approaches cases. That background offers an understanding of policy, community systems, and client needs that goes beyond purely legal analysis. Colleagues describe him as someone who integrates those perspectives into legal problem-solving and client communications.
At Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP, Hendricks has worked on a range of matters handled by the firm. He has contributed to case preparation, client advising, and the development of legal strategy. He has also participated in litigation and transactional work as part of the firm’s teams, working out of the firm’s California offices.
Outside of casework, Hendricks has maintained connections to professional circles in the state. His combined academic and legal training positions him to address issues where law, public programs, and client services intersect. He now practices at Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP in California, and his work focuses on matters handled through that firm.
