Douglas Eugene Noll is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Noll is the owner of Noll Associates, a law firm located in Clovis, California. He has been practicing law for over forty-eight years, serving clients throughout the central California region.
Mr. Noll earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in 1977. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Dartmouth College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1973. During his time at McGeorge School of Law, he was involved in various legal activities, laying the foundation for his future career in law.
Mr. Noll specializes in alternative dispute resolution, focusing on mediation and arbitration services. He has mediated over 1,200 litigated and non-litigated disputes, including complex commercial, financial, real estate, construction, agricultural, family business, employment, and business disputes. His practice encompasses all stages of dispute resolution, including initial case evaluation, mediation, settlement negotiations, and arbitration proceedings. He has arbitrated over 100 cases to award, beginning in 1981, and has been recognized for his expertise in handling difficult and intractable conflicts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Noll has been admitted to practice before various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Fresno and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding Noll Associates, he worked as an associate and later as a shareholder at a law firm in Clovis, California, from 1978 to 2000. In 2000, he established Noll Associates, focusing on alternative dispute resolution services.
Mr. Noll is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, and the Fresno County Bar Association. He is a fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the International Academy of Mediators. He has served as a judge pro tempore for the Fresno County Courts and is a member of the California Dispute Resolution Council and the Association of Conflict Resolution. Mr. Noll is also a certified mediator through the American Arbitration Association and has been recognized with an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
