Donna DiMaggio is a seasoned litigator based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in business, employment, and construction law. With over two decades of legal experience, she has built a robust practice representing business owners in various civil cases. Admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2006, she also holds licenses in Massachusetts since 2002 and in Arizona since 2012. Ms. DiMaggio earned her Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in Boston. She developed a strong foundation in legal principles that would guide her throughout her career. Prior to her legal education, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, further solidifying her ties to the state.

Her legal career began in Massachusetts, where she focused on business and employment law — This early experience laid the groundwork for her future endeavors. In 2010, Ms. DiMaggio relocated to Nevada, where she quickly became involved in significant legal matters. Notably, she has represented general contractors and subcontractors in various construction claims, showcasing her expertise in this complex area of law. Her work often involves appearing before the Nevada State Contractors Board on behalf of construction clients, further demonstrating her commitment to advocating for her clients' interests. Since joining Holley Driggs Walch Fine Wray Puzey & Thompson in February 2015, Ms. DiMaggio has continued to represent business owners in civil cases.

Her practice encompasses many issues, including construction contracts, business formation, and employment disputes. Before her tenure at Holley Driggs, she served as a senior associate at Weil & Drage, APC. She represented design professionals and subcontractors in construction claims, as well as real estate investors in both Nevada and Arizona. This diverse experience gave her a knowledge of the legal field in the region. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. DiMaggio is deeply committed to community service. Since 2015, she has served as a Board Member and General Counsel for the National Association of Minority Contractors – Nevada Chapter.
