He has argued cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Dondi is also active in legislative advocacy, proposing and discussing legislation affecting injured motorcyclists, including the Michigan motorcycle helmet law and the state's No-Fault system. He drafted an amendment to MCL 500.3114, introduced as House Bill 4809 on May 6, 2021. He has authored articles for publications such as ABATE of Michigan’s “Michigan Rider” magazine and has presented at various seminars and conventions on legal issues affecting motorcyclists.
