About Dominic
Dominic Saraceno earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2000. Before shifting to law, he completed a B.S. in Business Administration and Management at the State University of New York’s Buffalo State College in 1991 and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the same school in 1993. Those academic steps combined business training with legal study. They form a steady through-line in Saraceno’s professional choices and the practical perspective he brings to client matters.
He moved into private practice after law school and by 2002 was serving as partner at the Law Offices of Dominic Saraceno. That entry into firm leadership came early in his career. He is admitted to practice in New York and Tennessee and is authorized to appear before the Federal Circuit. These jurisdictions shape the geographic scope of his work and the procedural frameworks he encounters regularly.
Over the years Saraceno has joined a number of professional organizations. He has been a member of the New York State Defenders Association since 2002 and the Erie County Bar Association since the same year. More recently he took membership in the Tennessee Bar Association, beginning in 2018. Those affiliations reflect ongoing ties to both regional and statewide legal communities and provide a forum for staying current on developments across multiple courts and practice areas.
