About Dominic Andriacchi

Dominic Andriacchi Jr earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2009. He completed his legal training in Michigan and moved into practice soon after. The law school years gave him grounding in litigation and trial procedure, areas that would shape his subsequent work.

He began practicing at Andriacchi Law in 2012 and has been associated with the firm since then. Over the years he has handled matters in both civil and criminal courts across Michigan. He has experience preparing cases for trial, taking depositions and arguing motions. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and thorough in case preparation.

Outside day-to-day practice he is active in professional organizations. He serves on the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice. He also serves on the executive board of the Criminal Defense Lawyer of Michigan. He holds memberships in the American Association for Justice, the National Association of Premises Liability Lawyers and the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in trial advocacy and injury law.

His caseload includes civil litigation and criminal defense. On the civil side he regularly handles premises liability matters and claims involving serious injuries, including traumatic brain injury. He has sought recovery for injured individuals and pursued the evidence necessary to support those claims. In criminal matters he represents clients in state court proceedings on a range of charges.

Clients and peers note that he balances trial readiness with practical case management. He prepares evidence and expert testimony when a case calls for it, and he looks for resolutions when they serve a client’s interests. He is active in continuing legal education through his association work and attends specialized programs on injury and trial practice.

He practices at Andriacchi Law in Michigan. His current work focuses on premises liability, traumatic brain injury litigation, civil litigation and criminal defense matters.
