About Domenic J.
Domenic J. Celeste studied construction management before turning to law. He earned a B.S. from Roger Williams University in 2009, where he majored in Construction Management and minored in Business. He then went on to Florida Coastal School of Law and received his J.D. in 2013. While in law school he completed a certification in Legal Research and Writing.
He began practicing soon after law school. In 2013 he worked as an associate at Celeste Law Office. That early period in private practice included civil litigation and claimant-side matters that shaped his subsequent direction. In 2020 he launched Virtual Accident Lawyer and serves as its owner and principal lawyer. The platform reflects a more modern, remote approach to intake and client communication.
Over the years Celeste has joined a range of professional groups that align with claimant advocacy and trial practice. He has been a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association since 2013. He belongs to the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Justice Association and the Hispanic Bar Association. He also participates in committees and sections tied to workers’ compensation and social security representation, including the Workers’ Compensation Practice Committee and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
Celeste has taken on leadership roles in local organizations. He has served on the board of directors for the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Woman Lawyers since 2014. Since 2019 he has been on the board of Florida Workers’ Advocates. Those roles involve organizational governance, events, and collaboration with other claimant advocates and practitioners across the state.
His practice has grown to emphasize client work arising out of accidents and injury claims. He represents individuals in matters related to workplace injuries, accident-related claims and benefits advocacy. The memberships he maintains reflect an interest in trial work and in systems that affect injured workers and social security claimants. He handles case intake, file development and representation in administrative and civil forums when necessary.
Colleagues describe him as an attorney who moved from traditional office practice into a virtual model to increase accessibility for clients. He remains active in Palm Beach County legal circles and state-level associations. He continues to manage Virtual Accident Lawyer and represents clients in accident, workers’ compensation and social security matters in Florida, where he practices.
