About Dina
Dina Roumiantseva entered law after an undergraduate degree from Harvard University in 2003. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2014. Those formative years gave her both a broad liberal arts grounding and a focused legal training at a law school known for rigorous clinic programs and a competitive academic environment.
After law school she moved into private practice. She joined Morrison & Foerster LLP as an associate, where she has built a practice within a large, full-service firm. Her role has involved traditional associate responsibilities: researching legal issues, drafting motions and briefs, preparing pleadings, and assisting in client communications and strategy sessions.
Roumiantseva’s work has taken place within the California legal system. She is admitted to practice in California and has handled matters that require attention to state and local rules and procedures. Colleagues describe her as steady in the preparation of written work product and precise in legal research. She has contributed to collaborative team efforts on client matters and has supported senior lawyers at hearings and in settlement negotiations.
Her academic background continues to inform how she approaches cases. At Berkeley Law she participated in coursework and clinics that emphasize practical skills, and her Harvard undergraduate degree provided a foundation in analytical writing and critical thinking. Those academic experiences shape how she frames legal problems and communicates options to clients and supervising attorneys.
Today Roumiantseva practices as an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in California. Her current practice centers on client representation, legal research, and preparation of pleadings and briefs for matters handled by her firm.
