About Dietrich P.

Dietrich P. Epperson began his formal education at the University of Utah, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in 2002. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Boston College in 2005. Those years of study provided the foundation for a career that crosses state lines and legal disciplines.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. He joined Epperson & Greenidge, LLP and advanced to partner in 2017. That elevation marked a turning point in his career and placed him in a leadership role at a firm that bears his name.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and practical. He approaches matters by breaking them into manageable parts and addressing each issue directly. Over time he has handled a mix of matters that required attention to detail as well as an ability to coordinate work across different courts and regulatory environments. His dual admission in Pennsylvania and New York means he regularly deals with questions that involve both states, whether procedural or substantive.

Clients working with him can expect clear explanations and steady attention to deadlines. He maintains a hands-on role in the cases and transactions that come through the firm. Outside the courtroom, he has been involved in preparing filings, negotiating terms, and advising on strategy. Those tasks require careful legal analysis and effective communication with opposing counsel and clients alike.

Since becoming a partner at Epperson & Greenidge, LLP, he has balanced casework with the administrative responsibilities that come with firm leadership. He remains based at the firm and continues to accept matters in both Pennsylvania and New York. He currently practices law at Epperson & Greenidge, LLP, handling matters in Pennsylvania and New York.
