About Diane
Diane Singleton-Smith earned her law degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Riverside in 2005. She entered the legal profession at a time of change in the market for small law firms, bringing a recent classroom experience into practice. Her educational path combined a regional undergraduate degree with a law school that serves many Southern California practitioners.
Soon after graduating, Singleton-Smith took on a leadership role at her own firm. In 2008 she served as President of Singleton Smith Law Offices, Inc. That early move into firm leadership put her in charge of both casework and the day-to-day operations that keep a small office functioning. Running a firm required balancing client demands, staffing, and the administrative tasks that are part of private practice.
Over the years she has overseen client matters and guided the firm’s work. Her role has involved supervising legal services and managing client relationships. The combination of managing a practice while handling legal matters is common in small firms, and it shapes how services are delivered to individual and business clients alike.
Singleton-Smith maintains memberships in several bar associations. She is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association. She also holds membership in the American Bar Association. These affiliations connect her to local and national professional networks and provide access to continuing legal education and community resources.
Her office is Singleton Smith Law Offices, Inc., where she continues to practice. The firm’s local ties are reflected in her participation in regional bar groups. She provides legal services through that office and represents clients from the surrounding area. Her current practice centers on serving clients at Singleton Smith Law Offices, Inc.
