About Diane
Diane Baker earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Oglethorpe University, completing her B.A. in 1977. She went on to study law at Emory University School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 1980. Those academic years framed the start of a legal career rooted in Georgia institutions and professional networks.
After law school she entered practice in Georgia. Over the years she has worked through the practical demands of client work and court procedures in the state. Her professional affiliations include membership in the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, where she has been active since 2014. That involvement places her among peers who concentrate on estate planning matters and related legal questions.
Her practice reflects attention to planning for clients’ futures. She regularly handles matters that require detailed document drafting and advising on options for managing assets. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical; she prefers clear explanations and steady follow-through rather than broad promises. Outside of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, she has maintained long-term professional ties that date back decades, indicating sustained engagement in Georgia’s legal community.
Baker carries her practice through Baker Law Group, LLC. She manages client relationships from that office and continues to participate in local professional organizations. Her current work is based in Georgia, where she concentrates on estate planning and related services.
