About Diane
Diane Anderson combined business studies and legal training early in her career. She earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2000, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of the Pacific in 2002. She completed her legal education at McGeorge Law School, receiving a J.D. in 2006 and taking part in the Community Legal Clinic while in school.
Her time in the Community Legal Clinic gave her hands-on exposure to client work and courtroom procedure. After law school she moved into practicing law that draws on both her business and legal backgrounds. She holds admission to the Ninth Circuit, which has shaped part of her casework and appellate experience.
Anderson’s approach blends transactional understanding with litigation awareness. Her MBA and undergraduate studies inform how she evaluates business records, contractual disputes and regulatory questions. Her legal training, including the practical clinic work, has informed advocacy and case preparation in trial and appellate settings.
Over the years she has handled matters that require attention to detail and to procedural posture. She has prepared filings and briefs suited to appellate review in the Ninth Circuit and advised clients on practical steps to resolve business-related disputes. Her work tends to sit at the intersection of business operations and the legal framework that governs them, which often requires translating complex information into clear, usable advice for clients.
Anderson maintains an office in Citrus Heights where she meets with clients and manages casework. She serves clients from the surrounding community and from other jurisdictions where Ninth Circuit practice is necessary. She balances document preparation, courtroom filings and client counseling in day-to-day practice.
She continues to accept matters that reflect both her business education and her legal experience, and she represents clients in filings and appeals before the Ninth Circuit. She currently practices from a Citrus Heights office and handles business-related legal matters and appellate work in the Ninth Circuit.
