About Diana
Diana Usten is an attorney admitted to practice in Florida and New York. She built her legal foundation at St. John’s University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in 2008, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2015. Her academic record places her among a generation of lawyers who entered practice during a period of rapid change in the courts and the profession.
After law school, Usten moved into private practice and joined Wolfson & Leon. She has practiced at that firm since, taking on matters that reflect the dual-jurisdiction nature of her admissions.
