About Diana
Diana Sada is a shareholder at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., where she works on complex matters that often require courtroom experience. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013 after completing undergraduate studies at Rollins College, where she received a B.A. in 2009. Her academic path included concentrated training in trial advocacy during law school.
Her early career blended practice and teaching. In 2013 she served as a Trial Advocacy Department Fellow at the University of Denver while also working of counsel at Olson Law Office, LLC. The following year she joined Pursiano Barry Bruce Lavelle LLP as a lawyer. In 2016 she returned to the University of Denver’s Center for Advocacy for a role tied to trial skills training and legal education. Those roles gave her repeated opportunities to refine courtroom technique and case preparation.
In 2017 Sada moved into public-sector work at the Arapahoe County District Lawyer’s Office, where she handled matters that required litigation readiness. She later spent time at Moye White LLP beginning in 2019. In 2020 she became a shareholder at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., where she is based now and handles a range of litigated matters.
Sada is admitted to practice in Colorado and Florida and is authorized to appear in federal court in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. Since 2022 she has also been a member of Chief, a network for senior-level women in business and law.
Her career shows recurring emphasis on trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. Colleagues note her persistence in preparing cases for trial and her regular work teaching litigation skills. She has combined practice, public service and legal instruction in ways that feed into the work she does at the firm.
