About Dennis Paul
Dennis Paul Fuire is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Fuire is the founding member of Fuire Family Law, a law firm located in Calabasas, California. He has been practicing law for over 28 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area and surrounding counties in Southern California.
Mr. Fuire earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. During his tenure at Southwestern University School of Law, he gained valuable experience that laid the foundation for his future legal career.
Mr. Fuire concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and estate planning. He represents individuals and families in matters involving divorce, child custody and support, community property division, and legal affairs planning, including the creation of wills, revocable living trusts, and powers of attorney. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fuire has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also appeared before the California Supreme Court. Prior to founding his own firm, he served as a federal officer for the U.S. Probation Office at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where he conducted investigations and wrote reports for the federal bench.
Mr. Fuire is an active member of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is authorized to practice before the California Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
