About Dennis Mark
Dennis Mark Wygmans combines a liberal arts background with a later career in law. He earned a B.A. in English from the University of Vermont in 1983. Two decades later he returned to school and completed his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, having begun that program in 2001.
